  • We are a W-2 insurance-based practice and offer benefits and both clinical session and admin pay. (Examples of tasks admin pay can be applied to include networking opportunities, attending staff meetings, consulting with other providers, documentation, etc.)

  • Please note: Preference will be given to candidates with availability for weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as well as early morning appointments due to increased need for outside of school hours.

  • We currently are experiencing a high request for appointment times before or after school. We also are office sharing playrooms to provide the most therapeutic spaces for our clients.

  • We have an internal admin and billing team that supports our team with tasks such as collecting payments, insurance submission, onboarding new clients, etc.

  • We strive to create as minimal extra admin work as possible outside of documentation for clinicians.

  • We provide full access to our office space, EHR (Simple Practice), unending networking and marketing support, as well as adding you to our internal system where we average 10+ new referrals each week!
