Therapy for Adolescents and teens in Raleigh, nc

Adolescents/teenagers face many difficulties that can lead to feeling overwhelmed, confused, anxious, etc.  These years contain lots of transitional issues (ex: physical/hormonal and emotional changes, having the desire to establish independence from their parents/caregivers, etc.) which can result in feelings such as confusion and helplessness.  Adolescents/teens may not have the needed coping skills to deal with these significant changes which may lead to your adolescent/teen engaging in risky behaviors or becoming depressed and/or anxious.

I’m here to support your teen through this time of change, growth, and uncertainty.
