 My Approach to Therapy

Parenting is tough, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for children and teens to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior struggles, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. Alongside child therapy, I also offer parenting support with the goal of helping caregivers feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their parenting journey. Whether your child is eager for therapy or hesitant, my focus is always on building trust and connection to support meaningful growth! I utilize a LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming approach in my work with clients and their families.

In child sessions, I draw from Synergetic and Child-Centered Play Therapy, creating a safe, supportive space where children can show up as their authentic selves. Through this therapeutic connection, they are able to explore, process, and integrate their emotions and experiences in meaningful, lasting ways.

In parent sessions, I provide parent and caregiver support to move beyond behavior-focused strategies and address the deeper needs beneath a child’s struggles. My goal is to help caregivers feel grounded, connected, and compassionate, while strengthening parent-child relationships and fostering resilience, balance, and authentic connection. Let's connect!
